Server Rules

Obligations of Rift MU 1. Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Rift MU servers, adopting with USERS all necessary measures to avoid damage to their operation; 2. Provide technical support to the USER, consisting of information about the server and games, as far as possible; 3. Inform the USER 24 hours in advance about the interruptions necessary for technical adjustments or maintenance that require more than 3 (three) hours of duration, except in cases of urgency, thus understood that which puts the regular functioning of our network at risk (Electricity company, internet connection or hardware problems); 4. Keep the server on the air for 99% of the time (uptime guarantee - monthly average). Excluded from the guarantee are interruptions necessary for technical adjustments or maintenance, interruption of services caused by negligence of the companies involved in the internet connection process, failure of the data center's communication line for access. USER errors, theft or destruction due to unauthorized access, failure of the hard disk (defective hardware is rare, but cannot be predicted or prevented) and unforeseen situations such as wars, earthquakes, typhoons, and other unforeseen circumstances. If the server goes offline for reasons other than those mentioned above, Rift MU guarantees that no user will be harmed, subsequently compensating for any delay in the gameplay of the games; IT IS PROHIBITED TO THE USER The penalty for violations of the conditions below may result in suspension or termination of the account, without any refund of the amounts contributed: 1. Inappropriate use of bugs in the game, "hack / cheat" programs, cloning items or any type of bot / macro / auto-click that is not approved for use on the server. All applications approved for use can be found in the download area of ​​the website; 2. Disrespect for the administrators or other players; 3. Being an accomplice to malicious players and accepting illegal gambling aid; 4. Offensive complaints and / or criticisms of events made by GMs in the game. Events are not obligations of Rift MU, but situations created with the intention of relaxing even more the participants of the game. No player is required to participate in an event, and therefore has no right to make complaints; 5. Share your account with friends, family or anyone else. Two or more people playing on the same account creates serious problems for the account's security. Possible loss of password will never be seen as a server failure; 6. Display threats to the Rift MU team, whether they are of any type and in any situation. Any threat will be seen as disrespect and will result in serious penalties; 7. Obtain accounts or items illegally, whether by obtaining account data or by fraudulent trades, taking advantage of the other player's ingenuity or lack of attention. DUTIES OF THE USER 1. Take care that you do not lose items in trade, showing to strangers or spending too much time with the trade, chest or Chaos Machine open, risking losing the items in case of disconnection with the server. It includes the loss of items caused by a lack of care with a password. Any items that are in the account are the responsibility of the USER, and Rift MU is not responsible for offering any type of guarantee regarding their maintenance; 2. Do not accept help from strangers regarding items or password; 3. Ensure the security of your password, not allowing others to see you by typing it, and keeping your computer free from spyware and keyloggers, which can leak your password to other malicious users; 4. Make financial transactions with Rift MU ONLY IF you are sure of your action. Under no circumstances will Rift MU reimburse contributed amounts in case of any subsequent dissatisfaction, regarding the gameplay of the servers or the loss of account data, as well as items purchased in the game; 5. LOGIN AND ACCESS PASSWORD: The login and password of the service in question will be created by the USER during the opening of the account in the system. The USER can change his password if he wishes. Rift MU reserves the right to change the password at any time. In this case, Rift MU will inform the USER of the new password, except if the USER has irregularities in the registration. The login cannot be changed. The password can be changed at any time by the USER, free of charge; 6. Keep the account active, for logging into the game for periods no longer than two years. Accounts with inactivity of 24 months or more are automatically deleted from the server, and are not entitled to partial or full reimbursement of contributions made during the registered period. DONATIONS 1. After making the donation to Rift MU, this amount cannot be returned, we do not oblige anyone to make donations, and for each donation, the DONOR will receive a bonus from Rift Events & Events It is the right of the winning player to receive the bonus offered by the game. It is at the discretion of the player to receive the bonus via mail or the cash value within the game, and under no circumstances can he request the cash amount from the team as a bonus. For foreign players residing outside Brazil, they will receive the cash bonus within the game, which will be converted from the amount related to the amount invested by the team to purchase the prize. Players who participate in the event and win in two or more positions must contact the administration to choose one of the prizes, which if not, the chosen prize will refer to the top position in which the player qualified, without right after the automatic selection period. FINAL REMARKS 1. Rift MU reserves the right to change any technical procedure or clause in the terms referring to the contracted services without prior notice; 2. If there is any dissatisfaction from the USER regarding the service provided, it must be removed from our servers, without the need for notices and without the right to any type of refund, since all the amount contributed was served to you while satisfied with the Rift servers. Zelar pela eficiência e efetividade dos servidores do Rift MU, adotando junto aos USUÁRIOS todas as medidas necessárias para evitar prejuízos ao funcionamento dos mesmos; 2. Fornecer suporte técnico ao USUÁRIO, consistente de informações sobre o servidor e os jogos, na medida do possível; 3. Informar ao USUÁRIO com 24 horas de antecedência sobre as interrupções necessárias para ajustes técnicos ou manutenções que exijam mais de 3 (três) horas de duração, salvo em casos de urgência, assim entendido aquele que coloque em risco o regular funcionamento de nossa rede (Companhia de energia elétrica, conexão com internet ou problemas de hardware); 4. Manter o servidor no ar durante 99% do tempo (garantia de uptime - média mensal). Excluem-se da garantia as interrupções necessárias para ajustes técnicos ou manutenção, interrupção dos serviços causados por negligência das empresas envolvidas no processo de conexão à internet, falha de linha de comunicação de acesso de responsabilidade do Data Center. Erros do USUÁRIO, furto ou destruição por algum acesso não autorizado, fracasso de disco rígido (hardware defeituoso é raro, mas não pode ser predito nem pode ser evitado) e situações imprevistas como guerras, terremotos, tufões, e outros casos fortuitos. Caso o servidor fique offline por outros motivos que não os citados acima, o Rift MU garante que nenhum usuário será prejudicado, bonificando posteriormente qualquer atraso na jogabilidade dos jogos; FICA PROIBIDO AO USUÁRIO A penalidade para as infrações das condições abaixo pode resultar em suspensão ou término da conta, sem nenhum reembolso de valores contribuídos: 1. Uso inadequado de bugs no jogo, programas de "hack/cheat", clonagem de itens ou qualquer tipo de bot/macro/auto-click que não seja aprovado para uso no servidor. Todos os aplicativos aprovados para uso se encontram na área de download do site; 2. Desrespeito com os administradores ou demais jogadores; 3. Ser cúmplice de jogadores mal intencionados e aceitar ajuda ilegal no jogo; 4. Reclamações e/ou críticas ofensivas aos eventos feitos pelos GMs no jogo. Eventos não são obrigações do Rift MU e sim situações criadas com o intuito de descontrair mais ainda os participantes do jogo. Nenhum jogador é obrigado a participar de um evento, e por isso não tem direito de fazer reclamações; 5. Compartilhar sua conta com amigos, familiar ou qualquer outra pessoa. Duas ou mais pessoas jogando em uma mesma conta gera graves problemas para a segurança da mesma. Possíveis perdas de senha nunca serão vistas como falhas no servidor; 6. Exibir ameaças à equipe do Rift MU, sejam elas de qualquer tipo e em qualquer situação. Toda ameaça será vista como desrespeito e implicará em penalizações graves; 7. Obter contas ou itens de forma ilícita, sejam eles por obtenção de dados da conta ou por negociações fraudulentas, aproveitando-se da ingenuidade ou falta de atenção do outro jogador. DEVERES DO USUÁRIO 1. Cuidar para que não venha a perder itens em trade, mostrando para estranhos ou ficando muito tempo com o trade, baú ou Chaos Machine abertos arriscando perder os itens em caso de desconexão com o servidor. Inclui-se a perda de itens ocasionada por falta de cuidado com senha. Quaisquer itens que estejam na conta, são de TOTAL responsabilidade do USUÁRIO, não cabendo ao Rift MU oferecer qualquer tipo de garantia quanto à manutenção destes; 2. Não aceitar ajuda de estranhos em relação a itens ou senha; 3. Zelar pela segurança de sua senha, não permitindo que outros o vejam digitando-a, e mantendo seu computador livre de spywares e keyloggers, os quais podem fazer vazar sua senha a outros usuários mal intencionados; 4. Fazer transações financeiras com o Rift MU SOMENTE SE estiver certo de sua ação. Em hipótese alguma o Rift MU reembolsará valores contribuídos caso haja qualquer insatisfação posterior, a respeito da jogabilidade dos servidores ou de perda de dados da conta, assim como itens adquiridos no jogo; 5. LOGIN E SENHA DE ACESSO: O login e senha do serviço em questão serão criados pelo USUÁRIO durante a abertura da conta no sistema. O USUÁRIO poderá alterar sua senha caso deseje. O Rift MU reserva-se o direito de trocar a senha a qualquer momento. Neste caso o Rift MU informará o USUÁRIO a nova senha, exceto se o USUÁRIO estiver com irregularidades no cadastro. O login não poderá ser trocado. A senha poderá ser trocada a qualquer momento pelo próprio USUÁRIO, de forma gratuita; 6. Manter a conta ativa, por logar no jogo em períodos nunca maiores a dois anos. Contas com inatividade de 24 meses ou mais são automaticamente excluídas do servidor, não tendo direito a reembolso parcial ou integral de contribuições feitas durante o período cadastrado. DOAÇÕES 1. Após efetuado a doação para o Rift MU, este valor não poderá ser devolvido, não obrigamos ninguém a fazer doações, e para cada doação, o DOADOR receberá uma bonificação do Rift MU em forma de agradecimento; 2. Jogadores que DOAREM, e após a confirmação e recebimento da bonificação do Rift MU e pedirem estorno ou cancelamento da doação através de depósito bancário ou pelo PAGSEGURO, terá sua solicitação NEGADA, pois o mesmo CONCORDOU com as TERMOS DE USO, caso o mesmo insista, poderá ter sua CONTA no Rift MU banida ou excluída; Eventos É direito do jogador premiado receber a bonificação oferecida pelo game. Fica a critério do jogador receber a bonificação via correio ou o valor em cash dentro do jogo, não podendo em hipótese alguma solicitar o valor em dinheiro à equipe como bonificação. Para Jogadores estrangeiros que residem fora do Brasil receberão a bonificação em cash dentro do jogo que será convertido do valor referente ao investido pela equipe para a compra do premio. Os jogadores que participarem do evento e ganharem em duas ou mais posições deverão entrar em contato com a administração para a escolha de um dos prêmios, que caso não ocorra, o prêmio escolhido será referente a posição superior em que o jogador se classificou, sem direito de mudança após o período de escolha automática. OBSERVAÇÕES FINAIS 1. O Rift MU reserva-se no direito de alterar qualquer procedimento técnico ou cláusula dos termos referentes aos serviços contratados sem aviso prévio; 2. Caso haja insatisfação do USUÁRIO quanto ao serviço prestado, o mesmo deverá se retirar de nossos servidores, sem necessidade de avisos e sem direito a qualquer tipo de reembolso, uma vez que todo valor contribuído lhe foi servido enquanto satisfeito com os servidores do Rift MU.
